Annual Fee for maintenance and cleaning of both fax and email lists under the Telephone
Consumer Protection Act, Junk Fax Prevention Act of 2005 and CAN-SPAM Act of
2003.

Once you sign on and upload your Message and Fax oe Email Lists are joined together and a sample proof is faxed to you for approval. Once you approve your fax or email message, depending on the time, date that you scheduled your fax delivery, your fax is sent digitally to the appropriate recipient for delivery.
Our system will attempt to deliver your fax 5 times at different times of the day after your first attempt has failed. Once your fax messages are delivered, you will receive by email both Fax success log reports and Fax Failure log reports. Our failure report will show you the reason for your fax failures.

Off Peak Delivery: 6:01 PM – 8:59AM EST
Weekend-Off Peak: 9 AM Saturday – 11:59PM Sunday, EST
Immediate Delivery: Within 1-2 Hours 24/7
We also comply with the 2005 Junk Fax Laws. We maintain a Nationwide Do Not Fax List and every fax list prior to sending is compared to this Do Not Fax List. We also add an Toll Free 800 Number for fax removals at the bottom of your first page of your fax, in the event you do not have an 800 Toll Free Number.
